Returns

Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Processing Refunds

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend returning the original item before placing a new order to ensure availability.
